Home / Custom enclosures
Enclosures built around your board, not the other way around.
Off-the-shelf project boxes almost fit. We design custom electronics enclosures with standoffs, ports and cutouts exactly where your hardware needs them.
What a custom enclosure can include
- Board standoffs sized and placed for your exact PCB or dev board
- Connector and switch cutouts for USB, power, buttons and displays
- Cable gland and grommet holes for clean wire entry
- Antenna ports for Wi-Fi, LoRa and cellular modules
- Gasket channels in the lid for better sealing
- Mounting slots for terminal blocks and lever connectors
- Wall, DIN-rail or pipe mounting tabs and brackets
- Vents where heat needs to escape
Who it's for
- Product developers who need housings for a pilot run
- Makers and engineers with ESP32, Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects
- Businesses that need a small batch of controller or sensor boxes
- Installers who need a clean, professional look in the field
What we need from you
Send the board model or dimensions, a photo of the hardware, and where cables and antennas need to come out. If you have a STEP file of the board, that speeds things up. We'll send the design for review before printing.
Indoor or outdoor?
Indoors, PETG is a great all-around choice. For outdoor or sunny spots, ASA holds up much better to UV and heat. See the materials guide for the details.
